Mom gave it a go in the test kitchen and the reviews are in. Okay, well the truth is no one has lifted their face from the plate for long enough to verbalize anything recognizable. Lots of groans, nom nom noming and plate licking.

In this recipe we used Torretta EVOO – and with its delicate almond finish – it was perfect.
